TRAIN WITH US

XL Performance field sessions take place on Saturday mornings at 9:00am If there is a session cancellation or a change in time you will be notified via our Instagram page or via email. 

 

Weekend sessions give XL athletes an opportunity to enhance their on-field skills in a group environment. These group sessions are an essential part of development for our athletes here at XL. It is very important for athletes to compete against each other and to emulate game situations. 

 

We recommend beginners to start 1-1 sessions before attending the group sessions as we want all of our athletes to work at their desired pace. These sessions can be booked by contacting us here.
